At metaforja we process the information provided by interested parties for the following purposes:
- to contact interested parties if they request it,
- to respond to queries they may have.
- for the establishment of a possible contractual relationship,
- for the maintenance of the contractual relationship and the internal management of the entity-client
- to send commercial communications, offers and products of interest
- sending of newsletters.
How long do we keep your data?
The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial relationship is maintained, its deletion is not requested by the interested party, for a period of five (5) years from the last confirmation of interest and for the time that, where appropriate, the legal provisions require.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of your data?
The legal basis for the processing of your data is the application of pre-contractual measures (with a view to the formalization of a contract) or the execution of the corresponding contract.

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?
Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing personal data that concerns them.
Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.
